What Home Means To Me

This story is about home and house. It will tell you the difference between home and house. Also it will give you brain makers (just like facts). I’ll give you ideas of what I’m talking about with pictures. Everyone needs a home and a healthy family not a house. This is my home is special to me. It’s a place where you feel safe loved and where you belong. House is where you are surrounded by walls and it is to keep you protected. Mikes story: Mike lived in a house on the far side of Canada. Far away from his family and he did not feel like he belonged. He went to his family and was happy, safe and loved. Mike and I know that home is the best place to be. Brain makers: home is the best There is a difference between home and house. Here it is below: Home is where you feel safe. House is to keep you protected If someone asked me if home was the 5 senses what would they be, I would answer: If home were a smell, it will be coming home just smelling hot chocolate waiting for me. If home were a taste it will be crêpes with applesauce and raisins as a filling. If home were a sight, it will be a nice hot crackling fire. If home was a touch, it will be feeling a nice warm cup of hot chocolate. If home could be heard it will be my parents saying I love you. I wrote the story to tell you everyone should have a home. Thanks to Habitat for Humanity everybody can now build a home. That is why home is better than house.
