What Home Means to Me

Home feels like a place to be welcomed, loved, and safe. It’s filled with people who love you in your family. Home is somewhere you can’t be judged by what you do. You can do whatever you want. (But you probably still have to eat lunch, dinner, and breakfast.) Me, I always feel protected and loved at home. If life is a forest, a nest would be my home, or if life is a mountain, a burrow would be my home. In my home, I feel relaxed like a bird flying in the sky. I feel safe like a turtle in its shell. I feel loved in my mom's hugs. Every day I wake up with happiness and joy. Every night I sleep with my family hugs. I love my home like how the fishes like the water, and how the birds like the sky and the plants like the soil. That is what home means to me. LOVE
