What Home Means to Me - Cassia Lantagne

Home means to me that I have a roof over my head where I am safe, warm and loved. Also home means that I can celebrate Important life events, like birthdays, Christmas, graduations, family reunions and sporting achievements. Another reason is that I am grateful that I have a kitchen to prepare food and that I have a bedroom to sleep safely in. I like having a house with a yard where I can play with my dog and do sports like soccer, basketball, football and baseball. Also, I can have a pool and be close to Nature. I am lucky to have a home that has power, Internet, lighting, heating and furniture. Home means to me that I have security from storms like tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards and lightening. Having a home is a right not a privilege. Everyone should have access to a warm loving home. Home is a place where we can live our life with joy.
