What home means to me
“Home”, to some, just a word, but to others it has more meaning. Home to me isn’t just a word. My home is where I can be myself without feeling judged. Where I know I'll be accepted no matter what. Home is where my mother and father are. Home is where all my best memories have happened. I can’t picture a world without my home. My home is everything to me. Although it can be stressful, it’s somewhere I never want to leave.
My home doesn’t need to be a house, it can be an apartment, a shack, or even just outside in the cold. As long as I have my family by my side, home can be anywhere. My home is more than just a structure, it’s a world full of memories that I've made. A house is built out of stone and brick, while a home is built out of memories and people.
I love my home, it’s where I feel I belong. It’s the one place I’d never want to leave. Home is a place where I feel okay. It’s a place where I can vent about my feelings and get told it’s all okay. It’s a beautiful place where the air is always clean. A place where all your fears get washed away.
A home is something everyone needs. Home is something I can’t live without. Everyone needs and deserves a happy, healthy, loving home.
