What a home means to me

A home is a place where you can be yourself and you don't have to pretend to be someone else. A home is also a place where you are respected, positive, exceptional and powerful and everyone deserves to have one. A home is a place where you can not only create but also remember all the fun times with your friends and family. A place where I laughed, cried, yelled even argued with my siblings but that's what a home is a place where you can express yourself. You can also learn new skills like to ride a bike or learn how to play soccer or even learn how to do a backflip. A home is more than a house. A house is a place to protect from all the natural disasters like a shelter, but a home is much more than that; it's where it all begins, where you play video games, where you spend time with your loved ones, where you call your friends. A house and a home may seem and sound like the same thing but it's not its two completely different things. Some people may think that you need to have a big house to feel like a home but no u dont need all that you can live in a small house and still feel like a home. I wrote this essay for people to know what home actually is. It's not just four walls and a roof it's a place with memories and eventually some people are going to move out of that home and forget all the fun times and memories they had. Even though they think they might have forgotten, it will still be somewhere in their heart.
