What Home Means to Me

Home means everything to me. Home makes me feel safe and comfortable when times are hard. Home is the only place where I feel welcome and happy to be. My home is a place where everybody is welcome. Home is a place where you spend time with family and friends. Home is a place where I look forward to being. My home is where we build lots of memories. Sometimes home is where we make mistakes. But the thing about home is that they always understand that you don't mean what you say or do. Home is very important to me. Home is where my family and friends are. Home is a place where we can truly be ourselves. Home to me is being supported on every decision you make. Home is a very peaceful place. I love home so much. It is my comfort zone. At home I laugh harder, at home I feel more myself, at home I cry less. My home isn't just any ordinary home. Of all the things I love about my home, the most important thing about my home is my family. Not a lot of people realize but your family is your blanket that protects you from danger and mean people. Family sticks up for each other and makes them feel good about themselves. I may never find words beautiful enough to describe all that home means to me but I will spend the rest of my life looking for them.
