Home: What Its Means to Me

After I get home from a long school day, climbing the stone steps in the month of February, I greet my fluffy dog and hug my family. They welcome me home. I sit on my comfortable seat and wonder “what’s a house and a home?” A house is four walls and a roof, but a home is a place where you make memories, have fun, and be loved. I am writing this to help people get a house but also a home, to have fun, and to make memories. My dog jumps up to me sitting on my lap. My parents moved for me because our home did not have much room for my older sister, we moved again for my older sister, and one more time for me. I am happy for that. I feel sad for people that do not even have a bed. I am lucky for not having a sickness. I love my parents and I want to help others. I am not in a wheelchair; my family is not poor nor super rich. I have a charming home not a house. A house is where you make a home, you make friends, and have time with family. We live in a nice neighbourhood, I have good friends, and I have a home. A home is something everybody needs.
