What home means to me is…

The meaning of home to me means to have a full stomach. Having an empty stomach at my house would make it not feel quite the same. I wouldn't want to be hungry at my home for sure. At my house we are lucky to have good food. Being thirsty would also make home feel way different. Not being thirsty is one of the things that reminds me of home. At my house we are lucky to have clean water. Being safe at my home is one of the things that makes home feel like home. If I weren't safe I would not think I was at my home. To me, having a family at home is one of the most important things. Family makes a house a home. If I were lonely at home without anyone to comfort me or to talk to when I'm feeling down or when I feel lonely it wouldn't feel like a home at all. Family is important to me. Having a comfortable place to sleep is also a good thing. As much as I like having a comfortable place to sleep it isn't what makes home home to me. But still, even though it isn't what makes home home to me, it wouldn't feel like home to me without a nice place to sleep. Without even one of these, home wouldn't feel like home. Whether it's not having a full stomach, not having clean water, not being safe, not having a comfortable place to sleep or not having family, home just wouldn't feel like home to me without these things.
