Home

My home is not just a house. My home is where grandparents, uncles, cousins, and friends have fun on special occasions such as Christmas and New Years. I think of many things when I hear the word home. In this story, I will be telling you about 3 things that I think of when I hear the word home and what makes my home so special to me. When I think of the word home, I think of family. In my family we have my dad, Chris, my mom, Alana, my brother Thomas, and myself. The newest member of our family is our dog, Spike. We also have a fish named Bob.I love my family very much. The second thing that I think of when I hear the word home is safety. I feel safe because I know most of the people that live in my neighbourhood. My uncle actually lives right across the street from us. I also have a lot of friends that live really close to me. The third thing that I think of when I hear the word home is fun. The reason why I think this is because I have a pool, video games, and a basketball net. I have a man-cave where the guys workout, play mini sticks, and just hang out. I also have a nice room with a tv in it. My home is the best home ever. My home is where I have fun with my family and always feel safe. I love my home. I hope we never have to move.
