What is Home to Me?

Everyone has lived in a home, right? Our homes are places where we feel safe, happy, and where we can express our feelings. Sometimes the homeless call a road their home. That just proves that we are so lucky that we have a home where we have families and friends. Firstly, I think of a home as a place that is safe. A home does not need to be big to feel safe, it just needs to be a place with people you love. It also needs to feel cozy where you can relax, away from the world, and be in the moment. If there is a tornado outside you need to feel safe in the house with the comfort of others around you. These are the reasons why I believe a home should be safe. Secondly, a home is a place where we feel happy. If you have lived in a house for many years and you have to move, what do you feel? Sad, Right? Since you felt happy in that house and you had great memories there, you would feel sad to just leave that house to someone else. The last thing that home means to me is a place where we can express our feelings. Sometimes if we get bullied, we can have a home to be with our family members and be comforted by them.. Additionally, we can dance weirdly, or spend time with your family in your house. For this reason, I believe that a home can help you express yourself.
