What Home Means to Me

Home means to me love and kindness. I say that because of my mom, she does everything for me, even yells at my brothers for me, and she also stands up for me. My home is calm, peaceful, and resting like in paradise, unless my cat bites my feet at night. At home, it feels safe. It smells like my mom's fresh cooking. I hear my cat meowing for treats. I also hear my birds tweeting for no reason. I feel comfortable on my couch. Everything outside is dark. My home feels like the only spotlight. This is what home means to me.
