My meaning of home

For me, home means love and kindness. It’s also the place where I feel safe and always have a wonderful time. The people I love most are my mom, my aunts, my uncles and my cousins. Home means family to me and we all love each other. We try to spend quality time together, so we play games, talk and watch movies. When we’re sitting at the table eating, we talk about how we feel, we laugh and it’s really a nice time because we all share as a family. Almost everyone who lives in my house leaves to go to work or study and at the end of the day they all return home to recharge their energy and find peace. When I get home from school I feel like I’m on cloud nine because I can rest in my room. I feel that home is family and love because I’ve lived in three different houses and I’ve come to understand that it’s not the physical aspects of the house that matter but how each person in it makes it special with every word, every action and where we can be ourselves. It’s the place where no one will judge us for who we are and there is only good advice and wishes. Thus, we become a source of strength among each member who lives there.
