Home to Me

Home is a special place. When I return home, I see the distinct green wall and the quiet humming of the cat water fountain. I see my cat quietly sleeping on the sofa. I then open the gate to enter the first floor and as I walk in, I look to my left to see the kitchen. When I enter the basement, I walk to the left to the couch, gray and new looking. If I continue walking, I will see the fireplace, warm and outlined by a golden hue. Then if I turn left, I enter the work office. There are two computers, one to the right and one to the left. The one to the right is much bigger than the other one, it has three monitors. I go to the one on the left it and it has one monitor and one computer, both connected. If I walk down the stairs and go slightly left, then right and forward I will enter my sister’s temporary bedroom. It is very large and has a desk to the left and a bunk bed straight ahead. If I go upstairs into the hallway there is the bathroom to the right and to the left is the closet full of towels and medicine. Keep going straight and look to the left and there’s my bedroom with green walls two bins stacked on top of each other, full of Legos, and to the left is my closet and to the right is my bed and the walls have posters. Keep going down the hallway and it is my mom and dad’s bedroom, it is the biggest room in the house with two beds and to the left is a huge closet. If you go through the kitchen there is a table with six chairs for me, my brothers, my sister and mom and dad, there’s a dog crate behind my chair for my dog. I have three dogs, two cats and one hamster. This is where I belong.
