What it is like to have a home in a house

When I'm in my house it is like relief. It is where I feel safe, it's my happy place. Your house is a box and every little memory, even the big memory's, you put it into that box, which is your house. It's like a big box that is not just to feed you, not just to keep you alive. It's your house, it is yours. In my house I play games with my loved ones. I feel like I am able to be myself and you should too. You should feel welcomed in your home too. I feel like everybody should feel free in their house too. In my house, I have a great wonderful amazing house and a wonderful family and you do too. They love you so much! I hope everybody loves their house as much as I do, and I love my house so much. I love it when my mom, dad, sister, and me bake cookies and when the cookies are done we put them on a plate on the table to cool down. While they cool down we open the oven to let the worm cookie air all around the kitchen and we smell the nice air in my house. I love playing with my dog and my cats. My sister and I love playing together. Me, my mom, sister, and dad like watching movies together. I get my soft blanket and wrap it around me and it feels so soft, I love it. While we watch are movie, we like to eat popcorn. It tastes so good. In the morning before school my mom asks me in my sister what would you like for breakfast. Me and my sister both say can I have a chocolate chip waffle. When I'm in someone else's home, I don’t feel at home. I don’t feel the feeling of relief, but I do feel safe. In my home I know my roof is strong so the rain won't hit me and the snow won't fall on me. And in somebody else's home I know that their roof is not the same, but it is sturdy like mine. I know my home will keep me safe and yours will too. If you don’t feel the relief feeling, that’s ok as long as you feel safe and happy that’s okay.
