The Special Meaning Of My Home

My home is a special place where I belong. It shelters me from storms and other dangers. My home is nice and warm and protects me from the freezing cold. It has my family in it and that's what I treasure the most in my home. My family takes care of me, loves me and helps me when I struggle with my problems. My home also has things I love, like my piano, my phone, ipad,TV, Nintendo Switch, and all of my art. Of all those things, my favourite are the phones because I can communicate with my relatives who I don’t get to see everyday. The kitchen is an important part of my home because that is where my family makes our meals. It is where we bake cookies at Christmas, cook instant noodles for a late night snack, and try new recipes. My home is where we make happy memories. For example, celebrating holidays like Lunar New Year. We put up red lanterns, receive red lucky envelopes and feast on noodles, dumplings and hot pot. One last place I must write about is my bedroom. I enjoy spending time in my bedroom because I can listen to music by Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Katseye, Billie Eilish and Gracie Abrams. My room is where I find peace and quiet. My home is a special place where I belong with my family and feel safe from all the problems in the world.
