Meaning of Home

In my opinion the meaning of home isn’t just a house it’s not just about what you have, for me the meaning of home is when I’m safe and with my family. Whenever I get back to my house from wherever I go I can tell the smell of my house from anywhere. When I'm with my family I always feel safe no matter where I am. In the summer me and my family used to always go on bike rides. We went to Waterloo Park, uptown Waterloo and many more places. Every single Christmas when we get back ` from my cousin's house, me and my family always watch the movie elf. I play basketball for the KW-Vipers so a lot of the time I have games very early in the morning on weekends. Most of my games are in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) so we have to leave very early in the morning. Whenever I go to Walmart or the grocery store I always complain because I wish I could've stayed home. A lot of the time when my mom cooks food or my dad when we are eating we watch a movie or show. We normally watch something that we have already seen and my parents get kind of upset because I always want to watch the same stuff. Whenever i’m watching TV my parents always comment about watching the same stuff. In my opinion the meaning of home to me is always being with my family.
