Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is to see family, have people to talk to, and have a good time. A place that makes you feel safe is where you can call home. It does not have to be a house. I want everyone to have a safe home, which could be a cottage or Grandma's house. Even if it's a friend's house, it makes you feel good and safe. I think that it is very important to have something that you can call home. Home can mean a lot of things, like to most people it means a house with a roof, and gaming stuff. It's PS5 or an Xbox, some type of screen or games, it's also about the memories in the house, like playing with a little or older sibling. It does not have to be your house; it could be a place you go to every year, and you can have a good time being there. A good memory could be a grandparent taking you to the pool or shopping. The memories create a good environment for a good childhood. Like when I think about when I was like 5 years old, I would go fishing in the river with my dad and catch some small fish, but to me, it was a big fish, so memories really matter. You need a safe place, a place where you can tell people your feelings, like if you are sad or angry, you can tell someone that. It also means that if someone breaks into your house, that some will protect you. A safe place can be your room, grandma's house, the cottage some that makes you safe. One thing that reminds me of my home is the pancakes on game day. It smells like a strawberry. I hear the pancakes sizzling. Well, I came down the stairs, and I felt ready for my game day. That's what I think the meaning of home means to me.
