Meaning Of Home

My home is a safe, cozy place that I will never forget. When I’m at the dinner table I can smell things like happiness and excitement in the yummy food. In my bed it’s like I’m in heaven and having the time of my life. In the living room, I can hear the voices of my parents and my sister laughing and smiling. In the kitchen, I can smell the very yummy food being cooked on the stove and freshly made by my mom. The meaning of home to me is a safe, happy, cozy space with people happy and laughing. Having a sleepy, fresh space is also the meaning of home to me. Just because a house can be a home that means it’s always a home. It could be a place where you feel happy and included. Other structures could be a home like a school or any place where you feel happy and safe. That is what the meaning of home is to me and why.
