Meaning of home

The meaning of home for me is having two safe spaces. Not only my moms house but my grandparents house too. I go over there so often they are like my second parents. I go over there for weeks, months, or sometimes days. My grandparents take me to school even though it’s a hassle for them to drive from where they are to my school. My mom is also very nice and helpful she drives me to school even though she has other kids to take care of. She helps me even though I may not need as much help as my brothers, they need far more help. She helps me with work when I don’t understand anything. My mom also loves me and, is nice to me sometimes, but also yelling at for being lazy, ruthless, chubby, eating to much, being to childish and too disrespectful. I have to be independent take care of my brothers, and make sure they are ok when they are hurt or sad, I have to make them snacks and play with them. I have to clean up after them, well maintaining my room. I have to sleep at a good time but spend my night cleaning and doing work. The meaning of home to me is having, water, a bed, a roof, and privacy. The meaning of home, is being loved, being cared for, and feeling safe, having fun. Home is having good times and bad times. This is my home!
