What My Home is About

“A house is just a building, and a home is where love and memories are made.” I wake up in my room ready to start my day in a home of memories and love. I eat food with my family, and we talk about what we will do during our day. In the afternoon, I play with my sibling and have fun. At dinner, I smell a very good smell in the kitchen and am ready to eat the home-cooked meal. In my room its like where I can do anything and everything, it’s where my goals and dreams are. I go there if I’m upset or angry, and it makes me feel comfortable and cozy from the things in my room. I am very grateful to have a room in a home where I feel love and feel comfort and have families that love me. I play Mario Party with my family, and we have so much fun together. My mom, sister, and I would also play Monopoly together. I would also play chess with my dad, but with my sister, we would play many games together. When I tried to cook for the first time with my grandma, it felt like I was growing up. When I look at the wall where my sister’s and my height is, I just can’t believe how much I have grown up in my home. My home can’t ever be replaced, even with a very nice and expensive house, because of the memories and love.
