Meaning of home

My house isn't just a building that I live in, it's more than just a building, it's a place where I feel loved, seen, heard, safe, and cared for. My home has a roof over my head that keeps me warm and dry if it rains or snows, it's like an indestructible blanket that keeps me safe from the weather. I have walls around me, protecting me from danger at all times. Just because my house just looks like a building doesn't mean that it's just a building. My home is a place where I hear and see games being played, someone watching TV, someone doing dishes, people laughing, people talking and having fun, and so many other things. Home is when I feel safe and calm because I feel welcome and loved at home. My home is a place where I sleep, eat, drink,and watch movies.The walls surrounding me around my home is like a warm,cozy hug that keeps me warm and safe. Every picture frame has a meaning of it like memories, birthdays, thanksgivings, christmas’s, weddings, graduations, and so much more! Almost everyday after school I hangout with my family and thank them for being there for me, loving me, taking care of me, helping me, supporting me in sports, hanging out with me,and cooking delicious meals for me everyday when I come home from school, or when I waketyuv b up, or before I go to TAEKWONDO. My family always finds a way to make me smile whenever I'm sad or frustrated. My mum is like my private chef, she makes the BEST! Food ever! My dad always finds a way to fix things that are broken. Home means so, so much to me. Whenever my dad comes home from work I squeeze him like a pillow.
