What Home Means to Me

When I was little I lived very far away it was special to me in my very own way. When I was six a had to move, then when I got here it was like I brand new pair of shoes, I didn’t want to move I didn’t feel like me, but I wasn’t the one that got to decide, it was my moms and dads choice nun the less mine. Now that I moved and live in my home, I know that I will be welcome there even when I'm grown, Home is somewhere people will accept you no matter how many mistakes you make or how many things you break, it’s a place that can make me want to be there when I don't feel like myself, a place that loves me when I'm mad or sad. Home isn't just a roof over my head it’s a place where my family is no matter where we are.
