My Home and I

Home is the one place where I can finally relax and be surrounded by the people who care about me the most. Every day when I walk through the door after school, the stress of the day just disappears. My family always greets me with a warm smile. My dog, Luna, does a happy dance while wagging her tail. My cat, Tiko, follows me around with his loud meows until I pet him. I love hanging out with my pets and teaching them new tricks, but they’re also the best at cuddling when I’m tired. My parents are also my biggest supporters. Whether I am stressed about a big basketball game or just having a bad day, they always have my back. It’s these little things, the wagging tails, the support, and the cuddles that make my home feel like the safest and happiest place in the world.
