A House is Not a Home

A house is full of air, but a home is full of love. Some homes are small, some are big. A home can come in lots of shapes and sizes. A house is just a roof and walls, but a home is a place where you can feel safe and surrounded with love. Home is where you play fight with your siblings over the last cookie in the jar. A home is where you smell your mom’s cooking spreading throughout your home. Home where I walk through my home and feel safe. A house you take caution with every step you take. That is the difference between a home and a house. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for giving people in need these amazing homes.
