Home is a Memory Maker

My home in Canada is nice and cozy. Outside the aurora borealis comes together, Sunshine passes spring soon to come, My home in Thailand is just as nice, As the birds chirp loud, The rain cleanses the ground, It’s nostalgic and always in my heart. 38 degrees warm outside. Sometimes I wonder whether I have two homes? It’s my home, my first ever home in Thailand, My first home, shelter, and feeling the warmth of a hug, When the AC turns on, Nothing beats a cup of iced tea, Ruff, ruff my dog welcomes me, Feeling the smooth and silky fur, Will I miss him when I move? Hello to Canada, goodbye Thailand. Now in Canada with my mom, Laughter and chatter fills the air, Memories flood leaving no room, On the fridge pictures remind me of my home. Hot chocolate burns my tongue, Lost in thought, I think of this, Home is safe and as gentle as the breeze, Home is as special as a 4-leaf clover, Home is something everyone deserves.
