Home Isn't Just a Place

Home isn’t just a place. Home is where I find comfort. Home is where I hear laughter at the dinner table and the pitter-patter of my dogs' feet. I see my two parents comforting each other. I feel the comfort of my dad’s hug before bed. I feel loved by my parents. When I come home from school, I see my dogs wiggling their tails and see a smile on my parents' face as if they are happy to see me come home. Home isn’t just a place. Home is where you’ll find comfort and love. Everyone deserves a home.
