Home

Home is where my dog is always waiting for me out the window or the door. It’s where me and my sister can watch Stranger Things or Harry Potter together. Home is where I eat what my mom cooks. It’s where my bed always waits for me at the end of the day. Home is where I feel safe and comfortable. My home has everything I need, like my couch, toys, kitchen, family, and books. I love to play camp with my toys and my iPad. My home country is Ukraine. My home in Ukraine was fun to play inside. I have so many memories about my country from when I was a little girl. My country has war, so we had to leave to go somewhere safe. Although Canada is our new home, my mom sometimes cries and says, “I want to go back home to my country”. Everyone deserves to have a home.
