Home My Safe Environment

Home, a place where I can express my feelings out loud and be honest with myself about everything. When thought of home, I picture a safe, comfortable spot. ​Home is a place to get many memorable moments without any setbacks. One of my favorite things that produces memories is movie night. The memories don’t come from the movies; they come from how we express our feelings about the movies. ​My home is where I can choose what to do. One way that I can picture this, is if I am the king of my small kingdom. One way that's true is that I have video games and board games just like an arcade, and I made the decision to make my games like an arcade, but points aren’t needed to play. ​Every day, my mom cooks appetizing food that smells exactly like restaurants. Some food my mom cooks is alfredo pasta, spaghetti and meatballs, and many more. Just like the food, while eating, we speak about what happened that day, and we would encourage each other for a better day. ​My home makes me feel like I’m at a waterfall, calm and enjoyable. Just hearing the swish of the sink is exactly like a water fountain. Looking at the pictures hanging up on my wall is like I’m still on an adventure with my family; I can feel safe at home.
