What Home Means to Me

For me, home means love, a place where you belong, happiness, a place full of cheer. Music, where sound bounces off the walls. Clean water and good food like a meal prepared from my culture. Where you will never be hungry or thirsty. A good place to sleep, a place to play in a cozy living room, where imagination is the key. Family and people that love you, treat you with respect and kindness by either saying or showing me. Somewhere where you can come and feel safe because I have people that would always protect me. Where if you feel bad you can let it out and be comforted. I think that everyone should be grateful to have a home and the things in it. That’s what home means to me.
