What Home Means to Me

The meaning of home to me is that it's a safe place and somewhere where there's no arguing. A home is supposed to make you feel safe and not scared or uncomfortable. My home makes me feel safe because I can be myself. I feel happy in my home because there's no arguing and when my family comes over they make me feel happy. When my family and friends come over all my problems are gone. I feel safe and loved and they don't make me feel bad about myself, they make me feel special and make me feel like myself. A home is supposed to have love, laughter and happiness, not constant arguing. A home is supposed to make you feel safe and be yourself at home without having to think about what others think. I feel safe in my own home because I get to be myself and don't have to worry about what others think. I think nobody should feel excluded or not fit in in their own home. Home means a place where I feel safe, loved and comfortable being myself. Home is where I feel calm and happy surrounded by people who care about me. It's where I'm loved just the way I am. The meaning of home to me is that it's supposed to make you feel safe and act like yourself.
