To me, home means happiness
To me, home means happiness, laughter, and doing things with the people you love most.
At home, I feel safe. It’s warm and cozy and I don’t have to worry about much. Feeling safe is a big part of home, because home is where you’re supposed to be happy and safe, not scared and worried.
Feeling loved. I always feel loved by my family who helps me when I need it and is always going to be there for me, through the highs and lows. At home, you should always feel important and loved for who you are.
At home, you should feel happy. You shouldn’t be ashamed of anything. You should never be afraid to be yourself. You never have to worry about your family judging you. Maybe sometimes, you get teased but it’s a joke, and you always know they love you and you love them back.
Home is where you should laugh. It is where you should have fun. Going on exciting adventures all the time. You should be able to laugh at yourself, make jokes, and do the things you love.
What makes home so special for me is my 3 dogs, my mom, my dad, my brother, and my sister. My dogs bring so much joy to my life, always cheering me up when I’m sad. My mom makes yummy meals every day and is there for me when I need her. My dad always makes jokes, makes me laugh, and will be there for me forever. My brother always makes me laugh harder than anyone else can, and he always goes on adventures with me. My sister always makes sure I’m okay. My family is the real reason why my home is home.
Everyone has a home; it doesn’t have to be a house. As long as you’re with the people you love.
