Meaning of Home

To me the meaning of home is not the structure but the people inside and the memories. To start, I like watching sports with my family and our conversations. Also playing sports with my brother and dad, hockey in the driveway and mini sticks in our basement. which is some of the most fun I have had is with my brother playing sports with him. Secondly, Christmas with my family, doing stockings, giving gifts and getting some in return. Finally, spending time with my family around the dinner table eating home made mac and cheese while laughing at a joke that my mother said. Something that reminds me of home is a hockey stick and all of the fun I have had playing hockey with my family. I see my white and blue mini stick that I have scored a lot of goals on my brother as goalie. I also see my smooth fiberglass black and white rode hockey stick that I have also scored many goals with. I feel a smooth hockey stick and the ball or puck hitting my stick and the vibrations afterwards. I also hear my shot hit the goalie or the net and the laughter of my brother and dad. The emotions I think of all of the fun I have had with my family as we watch sports well playing mini stick or playing rod hockey in the driveway. Also the excitement of scoring a goal or making a save. That is the meaning of the home to me, not the house but the things that you do in it and the people in it and the time you spend in it and the fun you have in it. This is why my house is a home.
