Home to me…

Home tastes like warm, crispy bacon fresh from the oven, with perfectly creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, and the taste of a sweet Nespresso iced de-café coffee. Home smells like the scent of the same bacon on the same baking sheet along with the clear scent of blue Dawn dish soap as well as the strong smell of my cute but stinky puppy, Ruby. Home sounds like that same bacon on that same baking sheet sizzling and crackling. Home can sometimes look peaceful and that looks like everybody working together and being happy. Not always can it look like that and for those people who don’t have that, I thank you Habitat for Humanity for being there.
