HAVEN My home is a haven of all sights and smells, A place where hope and peace dwell. The smell of fresh bread wafts through the air, My sister baking cookies with gentle care. My home is a place where fine memories reside And the laughs of my mom sits by my side. As the world spins round and round When i come home i look around, My dog jumps and licks my face! My cat leaps from her perch with gentle grace. My home is a refuge, From the hard world around. Where my heart is in peace` And I am safe and sound.
