What's your home
Home isn’t just a place. It’s about the time, the people you’re with, how you got there.
It’s a feeling. That feeling can be different for you than it is for me. Home is a place that doesn’t have to be protected by physical barriers. Home isn’t always perfect, but that’s what makes it better. Home is the feeling of safety, the feeling of happiness. You can have more than one home, more places that you feel safe. But still, a home doesn't have to have one of these conditions. A home can be anywhere. Home may be small but that's not what matters - it’s the size of your heart.
Where you feel good can be your home. Home isn't the definition, it's a place that you decide. You decide who's with you - your home can be where you decide. A home can be anywhere, anytime, because of anyone - there are no rules. Home doesn't need to be official, it doesn't need to be forever. Home can make you feel good after a long day.
A home is a promise, a guarantee of special space for you. A home can be whatever you want it to be. A home can be a protective space. It can be a shield, a safehouse, or a bomb shelter. A home can be a place where you aren't judged. Not every home is the same. A home can mean something different for me than it does for you. There are millions of places you can all call your home - you can choose.
