What Home Means to Me

Home is my happy place. When I come home from school, my parents are waiting for me. My house smells familiar to me, and I recognize it. I feel happy to be with my family, but it is okay to leave for a bit. I like the dinners Mom and Dad make for me. When I'm sad or lonely, my parents comfort me. I love my home. That's what home means to me! It is important to have a home because if it was raining or snowing then you would want shelter. I feel bad for people without a home. My home is fun, like all homes are. Every home is special. I wish everyone could have a home. THE END!!!
