The Meaning of Home

THE MEANING OF HOME My home feels like a warm welcoming place that makes me feel loved. It’s where happy moments that you remember in your brain happen. My home is everything, it has all my stuff and moments that make me feel proud of that's why I love it. My home is where I belong!!! My home looks like a big blue warm house everyone's welcomed in our house. We have one kitchen on the 2nd floor and a bathroom and a living room. When we go to the 3rd floor we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one walk-in closet. Last but not least we have our Airbnb in the basement there's one kitchen and one bathroom and a bedroom. My home sounds like my family laughing in the living room. It makes me happy. It sounds like me and my family playing card games, some sad cause they lost, some happy because they won.(I always win) It sounds like me watching TV 0r my cousin sisters playing music on the TV. Or my mom watching CBC gem and my dad watching some movie. My home smells like Indian spicy dishes and sweets!!! (YUM YUM YUM) It makes me feel hungry. It makes me feel warm, happy and cozy. It smells like fresh wood and home too!!! The kitchen always smells like something is cooking. In the bathroom it always smells like perfume, shampoo and skin care. My home tastes like spicy food, and my favorite rajma rice is like beans and curry. It also tastes like my Halloween candy that I barely ate on Halloween day!!! It also tastes like Indian sweets and Dubai sweets like baklava that my dad bought from the supermarket. My home is the place that I want to be. Thank you for listening BY SIFT S.
