Home Is Everything

Home is a place where I feel safe and comfortable.I am never scared when I am home and I get to see my family and friends and that is special to me. First of all, I love laying down in my cozy bed. Blankets and pillows help to make my bed cozy. When I’m laying on my bed I can hear my brother’s playing mini sticks. This always makes me want to go play with them in the living room. In my home, I can be myself and I get to do what I feel like doing. When I am in my bedroom watching a movie on my TV, I can smell my mom cooking food from the kitchen. My favorite smell in my house is bacon. When I walk through my door, and I look in my living room, I see pictures of me and my two brothers, Mikey and Rylan. My home is special because I know that some people don’t have a place to call home. People who do have homes are lucky because a home gives them a place to sleep, eat, have fun, and not get cold or too hot. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building homes for people who are less fortunate.
