A Shelf with Lots of Special Things

The meaning of home to me is symbolized by a shelf with lots of special things. Firstly, the CDs on that shelf are special. They are special because people listen to them to feel happy. There are CDs that are my favourites and others that the whole family like to listen to. Music is a big part of my life. CDs encouraged me to learn how to play lots of instruments like guitar. Music can be helpful for lots of people’s mental health, entertainment, and sometimes, career. Secondly, the LEGO on the shelf is special. LEGO is educational, fun to play with, and brings people together. To me, LEGO is nostalgic because I played with it a lot when I was younger. There are a few LEGO sets that are more special to me than others that I played with almost everyday. LEGO is played with worldwide and is loved by many. Lastly, there are lots of boxes on that shelf. These boxes are like time capsules full of special things. These boxes have collected memories from when I was younger. They symbolize being kept safe and being important. In the end, with all these things combined, my home is a collection of things that make me happy, nostalgic, and loved.
