What Does Home Mean?
Some people think home is just a house, but home means so much more than that! For some people it means a place where you hang out with your friends. For others it's a comfortable, safe place where you share tons of heartwarming memories. Home means a lot of different things for a lot of different reasons!
For example, home can mean the country you're from. This can mean your religion, the food you eat, and the people you spend time with! That can represent your family, and it can mean a place that you are cared for. It's the first place that you see when you wake up and the last thing you see when you fall asleep. You may buy a house, you may buy a car, and you may buy the latest iPhone.
But the most important thing of all, the thing that no money can buy: Family. Home is family. Your home isn't just a place that you live. It’s more than just walls and a roof, it's a feeling you have deep down inside your heart. It's your whole world. Home is a place where you will always feel welcome, safe and you will feel like you belong because you do belong!
No matter where you are, it will always be there for you. You will always have a type of special connection in your home. Personally, home means the people that I love are always there for me when I need it the most.
Thank you so much Habitat For Humanity for giving people a home! We will always be grateful for you!
