The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home can have a different meaning to people. To some, home is a place where you live, and to others, home is place where they feel accepted. To me, home is where I feel safe and protected by my family. Home is where I pet my bunny named Sparky (we named him Sparky because he bit into electrical wires and got electrocuted, but don’t worry, he was okay). Home is where I play my piano and guitar. Home is where I can invite friends over to play together. Home is where I play videogames with my dad and make breakfast pancakes with my mom. Home is where my brother and I play and fight, where I have a bedroom, a safe sleep, and where all my stuffies are. Home is where we make popcorn and watch shows together at night snuggled up on the couch with my family. Home is where I learn many things, where I feel comfortable, my happy place. Home is where my family is, so if my family ever moved anywhere in the world, that’s where my home would be.
