Kayla Park Grade 5 11years old Meaning of Home. Home is a place of peace and love where you and your family live. At home I see my couch with 5 pillows - 3 big and 2 small. I also see my electronics waiting to be used once more. I hear the sizzling of my mom’s cooking and my dad watching the Korean news on his monitor downstairs. At home I smell the delicious scent of abalone and Korean bibim-myeon spicy noodles with buttered shrimp and a variety of side dishes. I taste the cool Korean ice cream Ppappikko after a delicious lunch of seafood and noodles. I feel relaxed and happy as I plop onto the couch to watch more funny animals videos on my TV. Home is a comfortable and cozy place where you are loved.
