Chernihiv to Halifax

My brother losing his tenth match at Fortnite makes me feel happy because he isn’t yelling at me. Mostly he likes to beat me up but that’s ok because he ain’t punchin’ my face. My brother always tries to take the family Ps5 when i am in the middle of an online game and acts like i am guilty for saying I will finish and give him the Ps5😡 I don’t know why he is so mean. I think he has his own problems. It was a long way. I was on planes, trains, cars, but no boats. From Ukraine, to Lithuania, and finally Canada. The memories never disappeared, our cats, our food, our dog, I never got to see because it died before I was two. I heard stories about them so they are still part of my family today. I am far away from where I started. I used to have a house in Chernihiv that my Grandfather gave to my Mom, but now we live in an apartment in Dartmouth. I moved an entire continent plus an ocean. Do I still have a home? I think yes because home is something special. Home is not just a building. Home is where I sleep and eat and basically do everything with my family. I still have my mother’s love. She hugs me all the time. My dad takes me fishing every summer because mom doesnt allow us to go until it's warm.
