Meaning of Home

Home is like a lockbox to me. It keeps me safe from evil meanies. Home is where delicious food is made. My mom makes samosas and sometimes lemonade! Home is where we eat chocolate ice cream. Away from the weather that howls and screams. Home is where laughter is heard. Where lots of knowledge soon gets learned Home is where I sleep in my bed. While words around me enter my head. Home is where my soft gray cat Prances around, hoping to find a rat! Home is where emotions leap. But in the end no one makes a peep. Home is where we watch TV. Where I read books and drink bubble tea. Home is where me and my sister play games. Pictures on the wall hang in pretty frames. Home is where memories are made. When I get hurt, someone comes to my aid. Home is where we laugh at one another. Home is where we love each other.
