The Meaning of Home to Me

Home is not just somewhere you can sleep, it's more than that. Home is a place where you can live your life, laugh or cry, play, and of course, be with family. A house is just an accommodation for people. A home is where you grow up and make memories, and be with friends and family. I don't think that you would want to grow up and not have a home and just have to live on the streets, would you? At home you should feel loved and safe. Unlike a lot of other people who don't have a home to go to, stay, feel safe, and be loved, they don't have autonomy, so they can’t go outside or go for a walk, but everyone else can, that is not fair. There are people just praying and hoping to have a home like you do, but they just have to sit and try to make it through the night without getting taken away or freezing to death out on the streets. But while they are on the streets, others have a warm and safe house to stay at. Sadly that's in the world. Everybody should be able to have a house, a warm bed, and food on the table. Everybody should be able to go outside to play with friends, go to school to learn and get a job, have a career, and of course, have fun. That way, everybody will be happy that they can have a warm home to go to. This is why I think that everybody should have a home to go to and be loved. This is what home means to me.
