Home is a Safe Place

Home is not only a house with four walls, home is a safe place to be with your family. I grew up in a home where I always felt safe, always had food on my plate and always had a bed to sleep in, and I think everyone should have that feeling in their homes because each one of us deserves it. My family and I had to move to Canada for a better life. At first it felt weird, but when I was home everything felt way better because my family understood me and helped me. Where I didn't feel different, it was where I felt understood, loved, and happy! Home is my happy place to be in, It’s just when I think about the homeless I feel bad, because they don’t have a place to be where they can stay and be warm for the night, so they have to stay in cold places, so that’s why I am in this contest for the homeless so they can have a home to stay warm.
