What home means to me
My home is special and so is yours too. Every bit of it is special from baking to telling stories and having fun too. In my room I have a stuffie called Lamby. I had it since I was two years old.
My room isn’t just a dusty old room it is where I have pillow fights with my brother when mom and dad go to bed. In my basement I watch Winnipeg jets games and movies too. I also play a game called mini sticks. It’s where you have a small hockey stick and you try to shoot and score a goal with a ball. My basement is also where I play hide and seek and tag with my family. One time me and my sister hid so well my dad went upstairs because he thought we were cheating but we weren’t. Eventually he found us. My basement is also where my family plays on our swing. It’s very fun to go on but sometimes it gets really chaotic. My neighbourhood is where I go bike riding with my family. When I go bike riding, I usually go to Dairy Queen or my Vavo and Grandpas house. My neighbourhood is also where I play ball hockey with my dad, my brother and my neighbours next door. In my back yard I have an inground pool and it is where my family plays and has parties. In my backyard I also have a very big fort. Me and my siblings always play on it. We usually play floor is lava. We also take turns pushing each other on the swing. It’s really fun. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for caring so much for everyone and building homes.
