My cozy home

My home is special, and so is yours too! All homes are different, made for me and you. My home has a kitchen that’s really, really small, but I cooked up a bunch of memories in there, and they stay in my heart forever. My kitchen has two parts because my brother’s celiac. There’s one side that’s gluten free and the other one is full of gluten. My room is full of adventures that I find inside my books. They’re full of fun and I can never stop reading them in my room. I read, I read, I read until Maman turns off the lights. Then she comes and lays with us and we talk into the night. My room has three beds all laying on the floor. We take turns in each of the beds, one week each and they’re cozy as can be. My yard seems super small but look at all the stuff! From the trampoline, play structure and pool in the summer to the skating rink our dad made in our own yard, the frozen trampoline and just playing the snow in winter. Spring is my favourite, with all the mud galore. I LOVE getting messy and what better way to do that than MUD! You should really try it too. Family is the most important part that makes your home really special and safe and I will share the memories my family makes. My home has emotions: happy, sad, tired, bored, excited, crazy and the most important is joy. My home also has sounds. You’ll hear laughter, crying, barking, screaming, chatting, singing, growling and praying all in one beautiful chorus. My home is a crazy home. A busy home. A cozy home. All of those things make it my home even though it's small.
