What Home Means to me

Home to me means a safe environment where I can be myself, talk to my family, and spread love. Home to me is all the nice people living in it spreading kindness to everyone around them and helping one another. A home is not only a structure you live in, it's a part of your life. Sometimes you grow up in the same home, sometimes you move houses often, but every house you go in is a home. It may not be yours but it’s still a home. One of the reasons it makes it a home is being safe in it . What makes me safe in my house is my family. Every time I'm sad, scared or mad my family cheers me up with a comedy show or home cooked milk and cookies. In a home you feel a lot of emotions like sadness, anger, and happiness. Home means where your heart is, where your family is, and where you feel safe and comfortable. Some people don’t have homes so I am really grateful for mine because I have my sisters and brother. I have my parents, my aunts, my uncle, my grandparents and my ancestors. So if you really ask me what home means to me then I'd say family.
