What a Home Means to Me

My home is a place where I can go to whenever I need space or a place when i'm sad. My home is always filled to the brim with happiness and a joyful feeling, and that is because I know I'm in a happy and safe place with my family and pets In my home we have lots of pets, that keep me happy when i'm feeling down. I know that in my home there will always be open arms to care for me and my parents will always be there. It may seem simple but to me it makes me feel special and loved when i can sit and talk with my family or sit with my dogs. The kitchen is a place where my Mom makes great and healthy food just for me and my family to eat together. My dad could be anywhere in the house because he's making sure that we never feel left out or sad, and he knows just the right way to cheer me up. Me and my siblings may get into fights and mishaps sometimes, but when my oldest sister brings me places and buys me stuff it makes me happy. My second oldest sister is always there for me and makes sure I'm happy when I'm having a bad day, we both comfort each other whenever we need it, even though we have a 6-year age gap we are still each others best friend. I get into a lot of fights with my third oldest sister but I need her sometimes and she needs me. Everyone deserves a home, it doesn't need to be perfect, that's not the point of a home, a home is a place that should make you feel safe and warm, that is what a home means to me.
